You can pay for the tour by Visa or Mastercard online, through Kaspi against an issued invoice, in instalments through Kaspi, Home Credit Bank or BCC (the bank fee depends on the term), by bank transfer to the account (a company is issued an invoice), or in cash at the office. The booking is held until payment for one banking day: an unpaid request is cancelled. Package tours are booked with a prepayment from 20 % of the price, the balance due no later than 21 days before departure; in high season the tour operator may require full payment earlier. The manager names the exact deadline and amount when confirming your request.

Once the tour is paid in full, the document pack arrives by e-mail: the contract, the accommodation voucher, the transfer voucher, the medical insurance policy and the e-tickets — itinerary receipts. The pack is issued no later than 24 hours before departure; on a charter flight the itinerary receipt comes one or two days ahead, once the tour operator announces the exact time. Take to the airport a passport whose validity meets the entry rules of the destination country (the manager will confirm the period), the printed vouchers and the policy, and for a child the birth certificate plus the notarised consent of the parent who is not travelling.

While the request has not yet been confirmed by the tour operator, it can be cancelled with nothing withheld. After confirmation the terms are set by the operator: cancelling more than 15 days before departure usually costs about 10 % of the tour price, while less than 15 days ahead, in high season and on scheduled flights it can reach 100 %. Moving the dates is processed as a change of booking and is charged on the same terms; a traveller cannot be replaced once the air tickets have been issued. Insurance premiums and consular fees are not refunded. The manager names the exact amount withheld before you confirm the cancellation.
