About the programme

This trip is about two very different Turkish worlds, between which a plane flies. First Istanbul: a city of water, domes and the noise of bazaars, where the days go in a calm city rhythm — breakfast, excursion, free time. Then Cappadocia: soft stone valleys, where the rhythm is set by dawn and the open sky. And at the end — Istanbul again, already like a familiar home before the journey back.

Between the two parts of the route — domestic flights, tickets for them are already included in the program. The international flight is not included, the tourist organizes it himself.

The days in Istanbul are built around two big walks with a guide: first a sightseeing tour, then a separate story about Ottoman times. The rest of the time can be filled with additional excursions — for example, a cruise with dinner or trips in the afternoon.

Cappadocia is the freest stretch. Here the basic day is breakfast and a choice: for an extra fee and optionally you can rise into the sky on a hot air balloon, ride through the valleys on a quad bike, meet the sunrise or sunset with a photographer, spend a Turkish night.

The trip will suit those who want to see Turkey not as one piece, but as two: urban, museum, gastronomic — and natural, spacious, with long views. The pace is uneven: packed excursion days alternate with free ones, and vice versa. The hotels are city hotels, with breakfasts, three or four stars to choose from in Istanbul and in Cappadocia.

Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1

The first day is the road and the first acquaintance with the city. You are met at the airport and together with the group taken to the hotel, where you check in. Then — free time, which can be spent in different ways: for example, go on a cruise with dinner or choose an excursion in the afternoon. The night passes in Istanbul.

  2. Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel — a sightseeing tour of Istanbul, optionally. This is the day when the city is shown as a whole: its water, domes and streets. Additionally, you can take several more excursions and fill the day more densely. Night in Istanbul.

  3. Day 3

This day is dedicated to Ottoman times. After breakfast you are led through places connected with that era: Sultanahmet Square, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia from outside and the Hürrem Sultan Hammam from outside. The rest of the day can be supplemented with other excursions. Night in Istanbul.

  4. Day 4

In the morning breakfast and check-out from the hotel, then — free time for excursions and shopping. After lunch the group goes to the airport and flies to Cappadocia, where you are met and taken to the hotel. This is a day of travel: the city is replaced by valleys. Night in Cappadocia.

  5. Day 5

A whole day in Cappadocia without a mandatory program: only breakfast and a choice. For an additional fee you can fly on a hot air balloon, ride through the valleys on a quad bike, go on a photo tour at sunrise or sunset, and also spend a Turkish night. The pace is set by you yourself. Night in Cappadocia.

  6. Day 6

After breakfast there is still time for additional excursions for an extra fee. After lunch — a transfer to the airport and a flight to Istanbul, where you are met again and taken to the hotel. A day of farewell to the valleys and return to the big city. Night in Istanbul.

  7. Day 7

The last day begins with breakfast and check-out from the hotel. If the departure is late, you can still make it to additional excursions. Then — a transfer from the hotel according to your flight data, and the program ends. Home.
