About the programme

Eight days in Vietnam that begin in noisy Ho Chi Minh City, continue in the cool mountains of Da Lat and end by the sea in Nha Trang. This is a route for those who want to see the country from different sides: a big city with its streets, a river delta with boats and villages, a mountain resort with waterfalls and pagodas and, finally, beach holidays in complete calm. The rhythm of the trip changes from day to day: first the city bustle and transfers, then unhurried contemplation of nature, and at the end — free time by the water.

The first part of the journey is an introduction to Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. There is a lot of movement here: transfers, boats, stops in villages, tastings. This is the most intense part of the route, where one day is not like another and where the country shows itself through everyday life, tastes and sounds.

The middle of the trip is Da Lat. After the plain and the river you go up into the mountains, where the air is fresh and the city is buried in greenery. Here the pace slows down: walks through gardens, visits to pagodas and waterfalls, time to buy local tea and coffee. Da Lat gives a breather and switches attention from the bustle to nature and architecture.

The final days are Nha Trang. This is a seaside resort with long beaches and opportunities for water recreation. Here the program becomes free: you can simply relax by the sea or go diving and do other water sports. The trip ends with a flight back to Ho Chi Minh City and departure home. The international flight is not included, domestic flights along the route are provided by the program.

Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City and the first evening in the city. You are met at the airport, assisted with visa and border procedures, then a transfer to the hotel and rest after the journey. Depending on the time of arrival — a sightseeing walk along Dong Khoi Street. Dinner and a night at the hotel.

  2. Day 2

    Mekong Delta day. After breakfast, a transfer to My Tho with a stop at the Dong Tam snake farm. Then — a boat along the Tien River, lunch on Con Phung islet, a water trip through quiet villages to Ben Tre. Along the way — agro-farms, tasting of honey and honey wine, tropical fruits, an introduction to local music and cuisine. On the way back — a stop at a restaurant in My Tho, where you can have dinner for an extra charge and optionally. Night in Ho Chi Minh City.

  3. Day 3

    Flight to Da Lat — a city in the mountains at an altitude of 1500 meters, founded by the French. Here the air is fresh, there is a lot of greenery, gardens and parks. On this day you will see Datanla Waterfall, Truc Lam Pagoda and the Crazy House. There will be time to buy local wines, liqueurs, tea and coffee, as well as visit a silk painting factory. Lunch and a night at a Da Lat hotel.

  4. Day 4

    The day in Da Lat is dedicated to nature and temples. After breakfast — the Flower Botanical Garden with a photo stop at the Lake of Love in the city center, then Linh Phuoc Pagoda with its mosaic. The main impression of the day is Pongour Waterfall: the water crashes down and breaks against the stone ledges. Lunch, free time and an overnight stay in Da Lat.

  5. Day 5

    Transfer from Da Lat to Nha Trang. After breakfast — check-out, the road, accommodation at the hotel. Then free time for rest. Nha Trang is a seaside resort with white beaches, here you can go diving and do other types of recreation on the water. Night at the hotel.

  6. Day 6–7

    Two days in Nha Trang pass in a free mode. Breakfast at the hotel, rest on the beach, time for yourself. This is the calmest part of the trip, when you can simply enjoy the sea and not hurry anywhere. Night at the hotel.

  7. Day 8

    End of the trip. After breakfast — check-out and a flight to Ho Chi Minh City airport, from where you will set off home. The international flight is not included in the program.
