Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc: 13-day sightseeing tour

This trip is arranged as two different lives in one country. First you find yourself on the island of Phu Quoc — there almost all the time is given to the sea, the beach and the measured rhythm of the hotel, and only on one of the days the rest is interrupted by busy outings. The second part of the route is urban and very dynamic: Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta, a sightseeing tour and an evening cruise along Saigon.

The first day here is transitional: after the flight you are awaited by a transfer to the hotel and rest, without excursions and unnecessary impressions — only to get used to the new time zone.

Then come the days on the coast. You live in a hotel with breakfasts, you decide yourself when to go to the beach and when to go shopping. On one of the days of rest, in agreement with the receiving side, the program becomes dense: three full-fledged excursions at once — a trip around the island with lunch, trekking along the river with a culinary master class and a sea day with four islands. This is the most active stretch of the trip.

Then the island is replaced by the city: a flight to Ho Chi Minh City, accommodation in a hotel and a night in the city. The next day is dedicated to the Mekong Delta — water, boats, quiet villages, agro-farms and tastings. And after that — a sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City with a museum, a pagoda, Chinatown and a market, which ends with an evening cruise along Saigon with dinner.

The last day — only breakfast and departure home. Such a trip will appeal to those who are ready to alternate calm days by the water with a busy excursion part and do not mind transfers and flights within the country.
